Terms of use

Your account

Give true details when you create your account, and keep them up to date. Keep your password and your devices safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Two-step verification and passkeys make it safer: we recommend them.

Workspaces, servers and organizations

Those you invite to a workspace or an organization act in it with the role you give them. Owners and admins are responsible for who they let in and for what they allow. Link to Console only the servers you are entitled to manage.

What you publish

The packages you publish on the Marketplace stay yours, under the license you choose. By publishing one you allow us to store it, to show it on the Marketplace and to deliver it to those you make it available to - everyone for a public package, your organization and those you grant it for a private one.

You are responsible for what you publish: you must have the right to publish it, and it must not break the law or others' rights, nor harm those who install it. We may remove a package, or suspend a publisher, that breaks these terms.

Commercial packages, sold on the Marketplace, will have terms of their own when they become available.

What you may not do

• Publish malicious code, or code that collects data without its users knowing.
• Try to reach what is not yours: another's account, workspace, server or private package.
• Overload, disrupt or probe the services without our written permission.
• Use the services against the law, or to infringe others' rights.

The services

We work to keep the services available and secure, and we improve them over time; features may change. We may interrupt them for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty beyond what these terms say, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

You may close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or security prevents it. What happens to your data then is told in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date, and tell you of important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers.
